Jets ALWAYS get it wrong when it comes to taking QBs - its like a disease at this point - either the guy they want is gone or they get the wrong one - I have less than no faith in their ability to evaluate talent (or more importantly, be lucky)
Zach was bad. But the idea the defense gave them a chance to win is hilarious. They choked when they had to get a stop
I have very little faith in Zach and didn't want them to draft him but I am talking more about: - Darnold - Hackenburg - Smith - Sanchez - Morgan - Petty - Ainge - Mcelroy - Clemens just keep going back and back - you would think by the law of averages one of them would've worked out or been at least half decent
Good job, can you imagine how long these Yanks would make a 5-day test match last with adverts included
at this juncture... doesnt matter who the QB is really... TLaw, Fields, Burrow... we'd still be below avg...
Just saw the al;mighty Aaron Rodgers Love the stutter... but so much for Saleh's claim that the team would "elevate" Zach. While Zach needs to get his shit together... there's plenty of blame to go around. From play calling to the defense giving out 1st downs like candy on Halloween... this kid isn't ready to carry this team on his back.
It’s less about the numbers and more about how he looks. Today would be the first time I can say he looked bad. Even the 4 INT game was more about him being too aggressive. Today he was off. Seems like today was the exception rather than the rule.
also.. i uv not recognized that Saleh is doing a MASSIVE experiment at the LB corps...conevrting 2 rookie DBs to LBs... am neither for or against.. i observe... so far... weak
I don’t know; he was late on a lot of his down the field throws today. The INTs may have him 2nd guessing and hesitating. I didn’t see fearless gunslinger today.
He will because we're the Jets but doesn't mean he should if he looks this bad all season. Cardinals moved on from Rosen and haven't looked back. Jets keep wasting years on QBs and coaches that clearly aren't it (NOT SAYING WE'RE AT THAT POINT WITH ZACH OR SALAH)
