Harrison is OUT according to NFL Network. Also, updated article from the Boston Herald says pretty much the same thing: http://patriots.bostonherald.com/patriots/view.bg?articleid=174836
Well, if he does end up playing with an MCL sprain, that would probably benefit the Jets. He wouldn't even be at 50%.
So is that the way you want to win,I imagine you would be thrilled if Brady went down..This tells me you do not have faith in your own team, hoping injuries will prevent them from playing is your only hope to win, SAD
Why are you not quoting someone? Obviously, based on the posts,ats_suck: more people are skeptical than they are happy.
No, I was just stating a FACT. Playing with an MCL sprain is very difficult, if he's at 50%, he'd be lucky. I never said anything about being happy about him or anyone else being hurt, or hoping he would be out. Harrison at half his usual self, or not playing at all, is obviously an advantage for the Jets. But whatever, keep making a fool of yourself if you'd like.
The statement was not directed to you specifically but in general do you disagree? like I make this stuff up read this thread Quote from the "U" The U TheGangGreen.com Regular -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you Tennesee!! Thanking Tennesee!! for the cheapshot, whos's the fool now ?
If you're not replying to the person directly above, then you should use the big button that says "QUOTE".
Since when have injuries mattered to the mighty Patriots? All they need to do is practice Troy Brown at safety a few times this week. No excuse.
From another site: The preliminary diagnosis on Patriots [team stats] safety Rodney Harrison [stats] is a strained medial collateral ligament in his right knee that is expected to sideline him for this week?s game against the Jets and possibly the entire postseason. Sources last night indicated that Harrison suffered a mid-level strain of his MCL, which is one of the stabilizing ligaments of the knee. He could be sidelined from 2-4 weeks. Should the Patriots reach Super Bowl XLI on Feb. 4, it would be five weeks to the day after Harrison was injured http://patriots.bostonherald.com/pat...ticleid=174836
There's only so many knee injuries a player can sustain before the hammer of God comes down on his career.
I want to win the game. If we win the game because your team is hurt, fine. If we win the game when your team is healthy, that's fine, too. Obviously, I don't want any injuries, but if that's how we win, that's how we win.
The Boston Herald reports that Rodney Harrison is expected to miss this week's game because of a strained right MCL. The NFL Network later confirmed the report. The report says Harrison may be out for the rest of the playoffs. New England's defense just isn't the same without Harrison directing the secondary, so this would be great news for the rest of the AFC. James Sanders would pick up snaps.
