It sounds like Zach quickly shook off the 1st game/series jitters and ran the offense the way he was asked to, made some nice passes, didn't panic, looks like the potential FQB we hope he can be?

Fields also played with backups against backups, not starters against backups. Missed the first 5 minutes but from what I saw Zach looked calm and in command, as you put it “looks like he belongs”, so it was a good night for him.

 

Already the team looks sharper and more prepared than they looked in their first games under Bowles and Gase. It looks like Salah is establishing a good base from which to build this team.
