Somebody walk me through how they figured Johnson didn't get that first down? The Jets kind of deserve it though because I thought Wesco should have gotten it with a little better effort to begin with. It looked like he kind of braced for an impact that never came where if he'd just gone forward he would have gotten there.

 

I think he has a role in this offense as fb

Pretty spot-on assessment. I would say the throw into double coverage looked like the receiver pulled up his route.

Wilson looked a little nervous in that first series but otherwise looked like he belonged. After the third down throw he was chirping it up with Moses. Kid has confidence.
