I already have that mentality, I'm obviously skeptical due to my beliefs In each QB coming out of college. None of that matters now though. What matters.. The best QB isn't going to be determined in preseason, and certainly not this week with most teams resting key starters. Mond has looked pretty good for only having 3 practices. Jones was kept on training wheels but executed pretty well. Didn't see Fields but Miami's has a lot of talent and depth on defense so their 2nd string is nothing to discount.

2 minute drill opportunities in exhibition are worth their weight in gold for young QBs. The one downside of Zach playing only a couple of series is that he won’t get such an opportunity in preseason game 1. This snark is what I expected to derail this thread. I don't think this should be in the Jets Forum or is a particularly good idea. It is just going to be a bunch of guys yelling at each other like the draft threads earlier this year. The draft is over. Zach Wilson is a Jet. That is all that matters now, as far as the Jets are concerned. Talk about the other guys in the NFL Forum.
Yeah I agree. NE defense will be a lot better but their offense isn't that stocked. Especially up front. If only we could have faced Brady with that o-line.
not shitting on fields if he was the jets qb I’d say we have a chance. He’s a developmental qb I think Zach is more ready as is TL if he’ll ever be and Mac Jones. Just calling it like I see it.
