He's already flashed as far as I'm concerned. I just think they'd be better served to run a conservative game plan while this team finds itself. Protect Zach until he starts seeing the field in slow motion... then the flashing can begin. As far as the Politics forum... obviously @Petrozza doesn't think we're smart enough to multi-task. He may be right...
I know I should hate Bellicheat more but for whatever reason Brady is at the top for me. Maybe it’s because he’s the one on the field doing the damage. Maybe it’s just his punchable face. Whatever it is, I can’t stand him.
Thank for the reality check. This thread was going down the proverbial “ my mind games will prevail over yours, never mind hoping this QB is a no shit long term answer for us”
I didn't need any evidence, I said he has one of the strongest arm and a certain other person disagreed with no evidence.
here is a scouting report of my point https://www.bleedinggreennation.com...-byu-2021-nfl-draft-quarterback-howie-roseman Strengths Arm Talent (+) The clear and immediate strength for Zach Wilson is his arm talent. No area of the field is inaccessible to Wilson at any given time. The ball flies off his hand whether he’s releasing from a clean platform in the pocket, a rollout with pressure in his face, a sidearm flick across his body, or anything in between. Because of the velocity he can generate from all angles, Wilson regularly makes aggressive plays late in the down. He often takes far-hash throws to isolated backside receivers when other quarterbacks would read out frontside concepts, electing to throw late jump-balls deep down the field and scramble in the face of pressure instead of checking the ball down. He wants the big play, and he hunts it.
my recollection from back in the day is that Kurt was way less knowledgeable than he thought he was, or at least he had knowledge but applied it poorly at times. the main thing though was that he was so wrapped up in what he thought about the team he had trouble coping with being wrong. Still a good guy and a good fan. Also I know he had a lot of health issues so hopefully it’s not that. Definitely don’t wish ill on him.
Show some examples, otherwise it's just whining. Specifically what would you have reported about Wilson if you had the bully pulpit today?
You didn't need evidence on an opinion yet you provided evidence to grasp at straws of video game ratings hmm. Oh cool. Someone else's option. Here's one to the contrary. https://www.profootballnetwork.com/zach-wilson-nfl-draft-player-profile-byu-quarterback/ Negatives: Lacks great quarterback stature. Does not drive deep throws with speed. Occasionally releases the ball off his back foot. Will struggle withstanding the rush at the next level. Has an injury history, including shoulder surgeries that must be checked out. Hopefully he has the velocity necessary at the NFL level. But he does not have a top 5 NFL arm aka Mahomes and Allen. Which once again was the original point. We shall see.
The season hasn't started; there are no early returns. Shouldn't we wait to see how the W-L columns fill out before the enshrinement?
