I like the philosophy but that’ll only fly until we see him play. Once everyone can start to draw their own conclusions he’ll have to start being more direct.
Yea obviously this is going to be Zack's team and Saleh is going to have to answer about his performance. No need to give these vultures anything right now.
Nah, now that he challenged me when I was being complimentary, I will keep my eyes on him. Usually, I never pay attention to who's the poster and only respond to the post, but for him, I will make a special exception. I'll pick apart every word he says until he blocks me. Maybe I'll recruit NCJetsFan and we can go to work on driving him insane. lolololol We can not tolerate dissension in the ranks!!
Major. He is a great poster my friend. I know you are angry about his reaction and I side with you there but please don't do whatever I quoted
i know you like leglar but you can't be ok with his behavoir and warn others who are doing the same behavoir. there should be a set standard of how posters should behave and not favorites being played TBH. not trying to tell you how to do your job. your always a good dude around here and do a good job, but posters like leglar prevent the board from growing cause others see the nonsense and say fuck it and move on to other forums. not to mention the typical forum format is dying to the likes of reddit, twitter, and FB as it is. site needs traffic for revenue to stay alive. if leglar wants to return to being a good poster i'm all for it. but nobody can look at his posts over the last 6 weeks and think he is a good poster. i've personally lost all respect for him as have many others here. and a few others are following his lead as well
GC. I am just one guy. I am not saying I am perfect, but I believe I warned legler plenty of times openly or thru Private messages. legler's biggest nemesis on the board is bickety. I love legler's QB knowledge, but I hate his constant gif usage and attacks. I love bickety as a person. Come on man. My job isn't easy.
oh I know it isn't. I've modded many forums back in the day. it's a thankless job for sure. you are a good dude and I appreciate you and the shit you have to put up with. bickety was fine until all the trolling then he started doing back to legler what legler was doing to everyone else and it turned into a shit show. I know people can't just behave. it is what it is. but I do appreciate you and know the shit you have to deal with. The good part of the threads though is it showed me who didn't deserve respect from me so i know not to take them serious or waste time with a conversation with them. I always try and see the silver lining. the fact anyone has a "nemesis" on a forum is a huge show of a lack of EQ and maturity. As much as I didn't like baker as a prospect I said many times if we draft him I would root for him and become a baker fan because he is a jet. too bad the anti-wilson crowd doesn't have the same maturity
By the way K'OB I've been meaning to say how much I love your F Dan Marino signature. I love it, even if I don't write it out in its entirety. I was at the fake spike game, and have always been disgusted how he was glorified for taking advantage of an unwritten rule meant to protect QB's from cheap shots on kill the clock plays. I mean, Marino was a great QB, but F him.
I hate that "spike" rule. The way it's managed now, with a QB immediately pushing the ball to the ground as soon as it hits his hand is in all other situations a fumble. It's right up (or down as the case may be) there with "The ground can't cause a fumble" rule. I understand that these aren't ever going to change, and that they're part of the movement to help the offense and increase scoring, but they're two of the more glaring examples of how the NFL manipulates the rules, and creating more confusion as they go.
They should do away with the spike and intentional grounding. The latter is a far less evasive way to keep QBs safe.
Parcells use to work out in my Gym and on occasions I would speak to him... Anyway, call me jaded and please understand my trepidation is not meant to rain on anyone's optimistic parade but I'll wait and see how the team performs on the field. For the record, he was and is the coach I wanted as a HC.... he brings positive energy and as others stated, "he gets it." But lets see how things unfold over the next few months leading up to the season before i think of him as another Parcells (removing the sardonic nature of course). Sorry guys, been here too long to get over excited or overly concerned (except for AG who I knew was monumental mistake and was a failure as a HC).
