They let a guy with a 73.0 rating coming into this game lead his team to three second half touchdowns on drives that averaged more than 9 plays each!

I thought so too, the first time I watched it. On replay, Taylor did give him a good shot over the shoulder with his arm. Could've gone either way, I guess, but it's not like Carter just fell down on a no-contact play.
