Thuney was my number one FA. The drop off a guard after Thuney is pretty steep. It seems every year as fans we hope that this year we will sign an OL and we always get outbid. Hopefully we will be using at least one of our 1st and 2nd day picks on OL.
I don’t have Twitter but it’s out there that Jets have gotten calls for CJ Mosley, apparently teams are willing to trade for him as his cap hit for this year is 6 million. anyone hear anything about this?
Lots of players will be taking 1 year deals and bet on themselves. Primarily with the eye looking forward to next year's F.A when the new T.V deal money will be in place. Don't know much about the new LB. However I know Matt Patricia killed anything he touched in Detroit too. So we'll see. Now Thuney and Zietler are gone to top teams. Wow... I know JD doesn't like making big splashes in FA but can we get maybe a single guy who's an impact player? We need help on interior OL badly. Costello is saying he gets the feeling we weren't even interested in Linsley. Why?!
McGovern is fine at C, it's the guards that need to be upgraded. Maybe the plan is to sign one and draft one.
