    I understand that the niners themselves will get 2 third round picks as a result of the hire which is good for them (under 2020 Resolution JC-2A)

    I have never seen this board in such agreement on a Jets move, let alone a head coach hire!

    I have said it from the beginning, trust in Joe Douglas!! If I go down, I'm going down hard on this one, but I have put my entire hopes in him to turn this franchise around

    On the surface, this hire strikes me as Rex Ryan Lite. I know Saleh is the darling of sportscasters, we'll see what kind of CEO he is if that's really what they're after. Sounds like they were going for a player's coach.

    Now let's wait for the staff he puts together.

    I'm going out on a limb to say they waited for Pederson to change his mind on taking a year off and he didn't.
