There was a claim today that we had same number of UK Jets fans as USA Jets fans here. Open challenge to UK Jets fans. Chime in and we shall know your true count. USA Jets fans rule! Not... Lol @donkey @K’OB @ConcordeChops @UKJet @ukjetsfan @Leicester Jet
You mean you can't tell by their IP address or by looking under the bonnet of the website/ LOL I don't know if he's among those you listed, but there's one whose avatar is Steve McQueen.
Let's just wait for the UK supporters to queue up at the terrace gate entrance in their Jets kits, and we can count them in one go.
Read somewhere there are 5 US based fans for the Jets. You really think there could be 6 or more Jets fans in the UK??? Cool.
My VPN says I'm in New York but I'm actually in rural Leicestershire, England Its a lot easier to see video's, etc on American Football if you "seem" to be in the US as a lot of sites block some items for visitors from outside the USA
I was in Paris a few years back during the pre-season. I downloaded the NFL app for watching preseason games ($100). When the Jets game came on, I got "Content not available outside the United States". Dang!!! So my next download was a cheap VPN....saved the day!
Not a chance there are more. I belive (for some unfathomable reason) the Jets are one of the better followed NFL teams in the UK, but no where near the top. We are quite visible on here at the moment, but I guess that it is far easier for a US fan to find something different to do and disengage with the site when the Jets suck as much and for as long as at the present moment. For us UK based fans, especially the older ones like me, we have had to put a lot of effort in to get our Jets fix over the years so it takes a lot to put me off. And this place has been the best source of information and opinion on the Jets for a long time.
Yeah you’d have to be a Buddhist to not want to throw your remote at the tv each week watching this team.
It wouldn't surprise me. Most UK fans are brought up supporting terrible soccer teams (mine haven't won anything since 1912) so we have the perfect training wheels to follow a broken, worthless NFL franchise.
