If the Jags win and we win , then the following week we manage not to lose against the faiders and the Pats lose to the Titans , which is VERY possible , would we win the Div?

Yes we'd have the tiebreaker, if we win out and they lose out

I think I'd settle for a playoff berth, although a scenario like 02 would be pretty sweet.

The likelihood of the pats losing out is 0.0001%. There is NO WAY a ROOKIE QB who scored a 7 on the wonderlic is going to beat a Belicheck defense when Belicheck's playoff LIFE is on the line. (yes, if they lose out, they can miss altogether).

Cite the examples you wish. Odds have it they will be eliminated after today (losing to Buffalo). The hope is they are not done, which gives them a reason to play. However, it's a LOT EASIER to play with no pressure.

There is NO WAY I'll say it again if the Pats are 10-5, the Jets 9-6 with their playoff LIVES at stake the Pats lose to Tennessee. Now if the Pats clinch the division, I can definitely see them losing, as they'll use the game as a bye week.

If the Titans lose today, knocking the Patriots out of the playoffs and finishing 8-8 would be huge for the Titans. (Of course, the Titans could beat the Patriots and the Patriots could still make the playoffs.)

I give the Titans a puncher's chance at home against New England.

Faulk and Maroney will play today. Wilfork is out.

Would be great to win the division, but right now I want the jets to control their own destiny, so I say go Pats.

Sure looks like the Pats could lose right about now. I dunno if I should be happy or not. This game could be a huge gamble. If only we beat those damn Jags....

Each team would have the same division record, it would come down to conference record. Jets would be 7-5, Pats 6-6.

Well unless we shoot ourselves in the foot we should have no problem with you guys. Your the worst team in football this year and for the apparent future.

Sorry, but no one is going to you for predictions.

The fact that you pick the Jets to lose two here, is good news for all Jets fans.

IF we shoot ourselves in the foot. Please stop the excuses. You could be fighting for a playoff spot(IF you beat Miami) You could have everything to play for and I don't want to hear any excuse when raiders embarrass you next week.
Face it your not that good.

BTW Mangini is not the coach you think he is if he dosen't have his team ready to beat the Raiders. SO you know where you can stick your excuses.

Were not that good, I'll be the first to admit it. However you must face the fact that you are currently competing with the Lions for joke of the league. You are similar to us when we went 1-15, however I dont see you getting a Parcells to save you next year. Have fun drafting in the top 5 this year and next year...and the year after....and the year after....and yeah you get it.

Lets see how far off im in my prediction. Why don't you tell me what you see the Jets doing the last two games. Stick your neck out there and have some faith in your team.
