I feel the same...there is NO emotion or passion in this team...none. We traded the one player who had it in Adams, and now there is no one to stoke the fires. Football is too physical and too hard hitting to play without passion. This roster is god awful...most of the blame falls on Idzik and Mac, but JD could have done more too. So I’m not convinced that we’d be anything other than 0-3 even if we had Harbaugh, Payton, or Belichick coaching this team. But sure as shit we wouldn’t have been so woefully non-competitive. We would not have been down double digits by halftime each game. Gase is an awful coach in a LONG line of Jets awful coaches. He did jack shit in Miami and it’s been the same shitshow here. I can’t imagine he’ll get another job, even as an OC after we inevitably fire him.

I watched 3 games yesterday the Jets until halftime (this was the first time in 24 years I turned the game off) well some others I passed out drunk. The Cowboys-Seahawks and the Sunday night game HOLE HELL what a difference watching an actual NFL game the Jets belong in the CFL heck not even. Russell WIlson was throwing bombs all day. A QB who can actually complete a deep pass what a concept. What amazes me is that with so many injuries to the Niners and Hawks they still dominated they had guys falling left and right and at least in the Niners case it was next man up. We are so far from an actual competitive football team it makes me sad but I am not heartbroken anymore I could care less. The Jets are the only team this year thats not had a lead at any point. That streak ends Thursday night as Jets come out firing with 5 yard slant routes and runs up the middle on the opening drive resulting in a 49 yard field goal!
