Wait, so you really think making yourself stronger and more flexible does not help to prevent injuries?
What is it about clowns. Me too 3rd. But only the old guy clowns..like at the circus..the lifers. Its a question that most wont answer. Like you said, its pretty simple.
Now people who don't agree with you are idiots. Oh, I forgot, that is how a "Hermaphrodite" wins an argument on TGG.com...lets not let the facts get in the way of the truth???
39-41. Case closed. He will go down as just another bad to mediocre coach in a long line of bad Jet coaches. Only Tuna and Groh have winning records. I would assume Mangini will also when he is done.
Listen, i hate the prevent D too...but no way you can say Herm has done a better job than Mangini. We were supposed to be a talentless 2-13 team. KC was supposed to be a PO contender.
Stronger, yes... I'm not sold on flexibility as much as everyone else. I'm the least flexible human being on earth, but have never been hurt. And I've taken some severe hits. You're also assuming we are in better shape than other years. Training camp does very little to get players in shape. They have to workout on their own before getting there.
Aren't you the one who's been getting his facts wrong? 16th in pass attempts? Did you pull that one out of your as?
Vangini..even gave him a nickname huh? So you are saying during the Herm era, you sat quietly and were totally comfortable in front of the television watching Herm work his magic on the sideline...with his masterful gameplans, gameday strategy and management.
Let's just ignore the fact that Chad was rushed back even though he wasn't healthy. And that even though Curtis injured his knee in the second game of the season, he still played on it for another 3 months. That doesn't fall on the coach though, because the player told him he was good to go!
Its true. In the old days player would come to camp 40 lbs overweight and use TC to get into shape. Now they workout 365 days a year. Its on the player at home more than the coaches at TC.
Oops...I have gone and done it again. I violated one of my most sacred tenets: Never argue with an idiot. Why??? Cause at the end of the day only two things are accomplished. First, they bring the converstion down to their level. Second, they win the argument because they have more experience!!!
Players play hurt all the time. Just because you think they should be pansies... Coaches let players play through injuries. Brady and McNabb played through injuries. Were Reid and Belichick wrong? I don't think so.
