Good stuff there. I couldn’t get enough when I was in Anatalya

 

When I lived in NY and was in petroleum distribution, I did business with the owner of a restaurant, Turkish Kitchen on 3rd ave in Manhattan.
When I dined there I was treated like a king. Everything was extraordinary. Pretty sure still there but not sure if ownership has changed as it was about 20 years ago.

They had the most amazing Kalamar (calamari) I have ever had, served with a garlic sauce.
There was also a dish with Lamb and Okra that was one of my favorites.

Living in N.C. I miss the diversity and quality of food found in NY.

Looks more like dumplings with hot chili sauce and I'm gonna guess yogurt? I'm too shot to post other pics right now, but don't you worry your pretty little head @Dierking, they'll be on the way on the morrow! That's the highfalutin way of saying tamorrow @The Waterboy . . . or is it tomarrow? I'm so tired, haha.

 

I'll be spamming @Dierking until he dies. Chocolate banana walnut bread. I'll post a picture when it comes out of the oven. Speaking of pictures, I just now realized that the eyes are not the window to the soul. It's what's tacked to the side of your refrigerator. Enlarge at will. The funniest part is that I didn't even make the slightest attempt to stage it that way.



I'll also post some art in the Quarantine Vacation Thread. I figured I'd finally prove that I'm an artist instead of just talking about it all the time. I see naked people.







And then I draw them. No, I didn't post any photos above this. Suckers! But watch for it! Big, huge, drawings of naked people! Lots and lots and lots of naked people! And the other thing about them, is that they're all naked!

I just changed my mind. I'll start a brand new thread about it just to annoy @FJF. Maybe . . . requires more thinking.
