It must be nice to be a 49ers fan. They went from being a Super Bowl caliber team when Harbaugh was there, to a rebuild, and then back to Super Bowl caliber team all within a few seasons.
I was dead wrong about that game, good job to those who didnt pick the Vikings. Two plays changed that game, the overturned fumble (which was correct) and the Cousins turnover. 49ers have a great shot next week, I kind of want to see Aaron Rodgers go back and play the team that didn't draft him.
I thought the Vikings had no shot last week in N.O., shame on me for getting fooled and thinking they might be able to compete in this and keep it close. It is amazing they pulled it out last week after that shit show today. I do think that the winner tomorrow will beat San Fran. Not convinced about Jimmy G being able to pull it out in a big spot.
Sean Payton and Brees just didn't game-plan like Shanahan. Low-key has been the best offensive coach in the league the past couple of years.
I agree - still think Saints win that game 8/10 times and are MUCH better than Vikes. Niners caught a huge break not having to play rubber match with Hawks this week. But I will give credit where it is due, the Niners defensive front is scary, and if they can run the ball like they did today, there is enough on offense to beat anyone. Very well balanced team.
I think this Ravens game will look similar to the 49ers game. The Titans have literally no advantage every year. They need every break. I was dead wrong about the Vikings in both weeks. Damn.
I am interested to see if Lamar struggles a bit early. Maybe the Titans can get the jump on them. Also think Vrabel is a great motivator/coach....
Agreed. I like Vrabel a lot. Theyre one of four teams in the past four years to be over .500 every year. I think that's the stat anyway. He'd have a couple more wins if he wasn't a maniac with the fake punts and field goals. With that being said this is a tooooough game. The only mismatch the Titans have the advantage in is maybe their corners vs. Ravens receivers.
If Kansas City gets to avoid a wildcard game, New England, & Baltimore..... Andy Reid better not blow it, all stars aligned for him.
