I either donate preseason games or take my kids. They are both 4 and don’t know the difference like you said. Sadly, they want concessions. I try to limit those since the prices are ridiculously. Why not cut the concession prices in half for preseason (or the whole season). Use the Atlanta Falcons model! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Why? because it's too good of an idea. I mean why not do it for the preseason games, to reward loyalty and get a few more asses in the seats for them?
could not agree more LS2RJ but the people who bought season tix don't have that luxury / TIX = Full price --->FU Woody
No thank you Brook I have zero interest in any of these games you should use the ticket to light your cigar
i couldnt think of a better thing that could happen. if they have taken part in the opioid catastrophe they should be sued for everything they had ever had given to them (everything) and it would help my poor old favorite team the new york jets dramatically. f woody
Chris and Woody have no involvement with Johnson & Johnson. They owe their wealth to them, but it's inherited wealth. i don't think either have ever been involved with the drug maker.
Who's going Sunday? I just paid $250 for two seats in section 123 with yellow parking. I think I did OK. (Face value, I think) I'll pay a little more for first level seats, since getting in and out of the upper level SUCKS. The irony of my purchase was that as I met my Craig's List seller and was in the middle of the smartphone ticket and PayPal swap, the Jets ticket rep called me . I no longer go all of the time, but opening day still pulls me in. I'm probably going next week too. Some of the other games (Dallas, Pittsburgh) will be expensive and FULL of opposing fans, so I probably will not attend those. I don't know what to expect this season. I was very pumped up a month ago, but the CB situation, Avery's injury, and realization that the two suspensions will hurt have dampened my expectations. I am hopeful but not overly excited. Here's to a good season fellas. Love the Jets, hate the stadium.
Note to others: If you're thinking of attending and tailgating at a game, the one to do it is opening day.
Enjoy your first game as a ticket holder Brook have fun and enjoy ------> that said I am beyond happy that I am not there today / what a difference a few years makes !
Tickets for today's opener are $6: https://www.stubhub.com/new-york-je...dium-9-8-2019/event/104058313/?sort=price+asc $32 for lowers
Gecko they will probably get cheaper as the year goes on,,,,,people bought into the hype but we know better
of course - the damage done with the PSL strong arming from Giants Stadium to MetLife is permanent. In one fell swoop they alienated half the ticket buying regulars and decimated the entire 30 year waiting list. Even if they lead the division half way into the season tickets will still be way below face. People know when they're not welcome - they watch from home now.
What time of day was this? I'd been checking prices and they were double this on Saturday (or so I thought). I'd expect that perhaps prices plunge on game day, but this really surprises me. I'm shocked, actually.
couple minutes before I posted, like 12:55 PM one thing you can do if you don't want to wait last minute is walk in on a $6 ticket and keep refreshing your phone until you see something you like and buy the ticket while inside the house and go sit there. You don't even need to scan the ticket but you can go to the gate if you really want to
