That we get one of him in the top of the draft every year. It's ridiculous how the Jets approach the draft. Need everything but a DT and they still take one. Then they get in the game and get pushed around and have no impact. How is Sheperd looking?

He does look a lot more svelte. Its a contract year, he shows up in better shape. Maybe the original poster was onto something

From what I remember (and I really don't want to do any digging into that absolute disater of a draft pick) the team KNEW he was bone-on-bone in his knee and still traded up in the first round to draft him. I mean, exactly how stupid can an organisation be?
