New/updated uniforms (Poll Added)

That's interesting, I much prefer the green over white and white over green to the monochrome looks.

 

So who's the guy that got banned in the uniform thread?

 

The jerseys look good but it’s the logo on the helmet that’s ass. They couldn’t use the old one with the jet wing? Looks like a sixth grader made it in MS Paint

 

Not to be rude or insulting to any fans, but I don't see how you can strongly dislike the new jerseys. They are basically a mix of the 80's and 00's jerseys. If you are a Jets fan, you should be used to it. They are still Green and White, but now have an alternate Black jersey. It is not rocket science. They are the Jets and still look like the Jets, but with a slightly modernized look.

 

Rams had 2 helmets last year. Jets can wear their Titans gear as alternate...full uni

 

The Rams didn't have 2 helmets last year. They just had a set of white and a set of yellow horn stickers.

 

Lol no, they in fact had 2 helmets. This isn't 1975. No one was sticking and unsticking all those helmets .they would have looked like shit during a game

This is the main thing - they still look like the JETS.
No big surprises here and nothing to get so worked up about.
To my eyes, the changes are minor relative to all the hype. It could have been a lot worse.

 

You know, this looks pretty sweet. Of course, as Darnold said, we have to win in them.

 

I wish this would have been the helmet design. I really like the 80s logo inspired design

Visually it makes the experience better.

Like when we play teams who have white jerseys and helmets and we have white Helmets and pants and those damn white shoulders it was a lot to process with guys flying around.

Now our look is unlike any in the league, I really love what they did with these uniforms.

 

same set doesnt mean they are using the same helmet and putting a sticker on it. It means they made more than just the white horn ones, beforehand .
again, the helmets would look like shit, early in the game, if they just stuck horns on top of the other. Use some common sense, bro.

Look up the league rules. Teams are allowed 1 helmet due to concussion issues. That's why teams like the Jets, Pats, etc don't wear throwbacks anymore.

 

its a pretend rule. they can do what ever the freak they want.. Allowed one helmet due to concussion issues...? thats meaningless nonsense,it means nothing. Thats not why the teams didnt wear throwbacks. They made that up because they know the common man is dumb enough to believe it. Colleges have 3,4,5,6 helmets a season. Again, common sense says the Rams didnt replace stickers multiple times. They would look like crap. its really that simple

 

theres no 2000s anywhere in there. Just the spelling out of Jets doesnt make it anything about the 70s or 2000s jerseys.
