He executed the rebuild. Cleared cap. Built the foundation. We have our franchise qb and we are now making power moves. And we ain’t even done yet. It’s a new era boys. Buckle up.
I agree the only thing that he could of done better is draft in middle rounds so we didn't have as many holes now. But the draft is like that, let's hope we can hit on them in the next few years we will be set up nicely

I like the FA signings so far, but he needs to have a very good to great draft class to give the roster cheap young talent.
Mac still needs to get Paradis and probably a good corner. Mosley and Bell would be great but are luxuries at this point. What he needs to do after this is CRUSH the draft. Whether thats staying put or trading down, I don't care. He needs to hit on his picks. If he does all of these things then the onus is on Gase and staff to get the wins. You can't say Mac didnt do his part.

Day 1 and we have added a ton of talent and filled some huge holes. I know we always win the offseason but this actually feels like we’re doing something.
