He's a very versatile player which I like. Played well at OLB in the 3-4 in college, and we know he can play off the line.
I think Williams will move him around some, especially on subpackages.
I'm a little worried about the price tag tho..

I disagree. He was not a pass rusher in college, he's a good 4-3 OLB. He can cover well for his size. He's good against TE's. Had a tough year last year but played very well in all his years prior to that. If the jets keep him off the ball, that's his best position.

He was a pass rusher in college. Had 24 sacks in two years. Vikings just had put him at 4-3 OLB his whole career there.

Excellent, excellent. I absolutely love the addition of Barr. One of the very best coverage LB's within the game today and if (finally) asked to rush the passer from the outside many feel and believe he'll excel in that role as well nonetheless impossible to not love this move .

I wonder what the ultimate plan is for him

Seems a little weird to pay him big money to do something he hasn't done since college.

A good football player is a good football player though.

Bring in Paradis and call it a day.

Beautiful. Use his strengths. I never understood why they played him off the line of scrimmage in Minny.

We have 100m and ppl are worried about the price tag I just don't get that. It's FA everyone is getting overpaid left and right. Teams w money drive the price up, that's what happens. As long as we get the right guys to fit the system and play hard and continue our process F the price man. I like that Mike has a game plan and he does his work. Doesn't mean it always works out, but I think we are in good hands in the long run.

The fact that we can possibly land Mosley also is so satisfying its ridiculous. I'm assuming the addition of Barr will make the Jets look much more appealing to Mosley

At this point one of Bell, Paradis or Mosley makes this offseason an absolute homerun.

Paradis is likely a lock, especially with Morse signing with the Bills.

I stopped reading right then and there. Just goes to show how little you know. Not a pass rusher in college? You're wrong as wrong could be; ala he was known as one of the Nation's top outside pass rushers coming out of college. Not a pass rusher in college? That's hilarious.

Love or Hate Mac, he is going out there and making some rock solid fuckin moves. So far he is absolutely kicking ass in day 1. Obviously there's much more to come, including a draft. But he has hit a fuckin homerun so far man

If Mosely comes here, is Lee done? He's inside just like Williamson...
