    Hell, coaching staffs don't matter but they have no problem hiring those staff members to be HC's. I'm amazed Rhule couldn't come up with an impressive enough CS to impress TweedleDee and TweedleDumbass. That's really not good.

    Sam Darnold is not Tannehill. Gase could build something around a guy like him. The hope is that he learned from his mistakes in Miami and can groom Darnold. I preferred McCarthy, obviously, but this isn't as bad as it sounds.

    I don't understand why they don't let the head coaches hire their own staff. They really need to fix the power structure here.
