I didn't see the game but I saw Cannon was used...partially due to Powell getting nicked up *what else is new*...but I saw he had some good receiving numbers...are the Jets gonna start using him more and utilizing his speed? With the lack of playmakers, Cannon maybe one that can help Darnold and the offense.
What I saw was a pretty raw rookie who has some potential to be good at a limited number of things. If Powell misses extended time they will be forced to use him. Hopefully Eli McGuire will come back soon too.
The one TD drive featured Darnold throwing to Cannon & Herndon for big plays..3 rookies..thing of beauty & hopefullly much more to come
