The offensive line for these losers stand around like they are waiting for a bus. Toilet Bowles has to go ASAP don't even let him finish the season. Great move giving him a three year contract extension by the other brother of the "Lucky sperm club" the man who does not care if his players stand for the national anthem. Toilet Bowles has put together the worst coaching staff in the game. I could go on and on but why even get pissed off anymore. We just need new ownership as we have for decades.
There is zero f#%?! talent on this offense. And I love all the Jets’ fans who continue to say we should pass on talented playmakers because of “personal” issues... Gordon? “Nah, he’s a head case...” Bell? “Nah, he doesn’t have the right attitude...” F#<% off with that Boy Scout bullsh#t.
Your missing the point which is even if we had Aaron Fucn Rodgers...Todd bowles would make horrible in game decisions and is a terrible coach. That's easy to see from close of far away. But clearly our owners are blind
I havent seen 1 pass deflected by a db. Did i miss any? Are the Jags 100% on 3rd down conversions? It sure seems like it.
At least he made it to the Superbowl.....Todd Bowles cant even bring us to the wild card round...This whole act has become tiring at what point do we just give up as fans? It's always " next year will have cap space" " next year will have this" next year never comes
Anyone who thought the Jets would be good this year was in la la land. It seemed reasonable that they could get 5-7 wins, but even that seems dubious at this point. The main thing we needed to see was progress and that doesn't seem to be happening either. In fact, this franchise is looking more incompetent by the day.
Jeff Fisher is the poster boy for playing good defense and being mediocre. In fact if your mediocre long enough you can also come within one foot of winning a super bowl. Sadly we can’t even get mediocre right.
This is the point - it was never about Ws and Ls, it was about showing progress. The problem is that while it could be reasonable to hope for progress from a first-year quarterback, it's ridiculous to expect it from a fourth-year coach. He is what he is, and it ain't any good.
This is really the issue. We weren't competitive against Miami and we weren't competitive today. We completely disappeared in the second half against Cleveland. That's 2.5 games out of 4 where the team has looked completely lost. Players and coaches are making the same mistakes they've been making since 2016. It's hard to continue supporting this product and looking the other way at the lack of progress by this franchise.
You'll have to forgive us. After Santnio Holmes I hope to NEVER have to go through that again. I like being able to root for the players on my team not hate having to root for them/hate them.
This team has a lot of holes and if we can’t fill them with legit draft picks we are Fked. Mac can’t draft anybody good after round 1.... he needs to go and we need to get a coach who can change the culture of the locker room and make calls.
its funny that you list the fact he does not care if his players stand for the national anthem as one of your top issues.
I've been a Mac/Bowles supporter -- or at least I've been in favor of granting a lot of leeway for progress and against making drastic changes at the first sign of trouble -- but today was something special. It's inexcusable that we are this awful covering short crosses and backs leaking out. I mean these plays are consistently WIDE OPEN and automatic first downs almost every time. And the offensive line is a sieve. I really can't believe guys are piling on Darnold in other threads.
