not too familiar with him but I know he led the titans in receiving for the past 2 years. Is this somebody we should take a look at? We could use the help.

If he was their leading receiver the last 2 seasons, why is he being released? Has he been injured? Suspended? Is he a head case and problem child off-field?

Missed the offseason with injuries and had his playing time scaled back so he wants out.

Not sure. He’d be another WR2/WR3 on a roster that seems to only have WR2/WR3s.

agreed... he's just another role player but if he can get some separation, it would be better than what we've seen from most of them the past 2 games (aside from Q)
But I'm not going to pretend I've seen much of him play the past couple of years.

Tough call.... you can just tell they're banking on his potential (and the need for a sizeable mismatch maker) but yeah, his effort has been ass..

I’m actually surprised we haven’t reached out to Dez Bryant. I know he’s a bad team guy but he’s a solid #1 wr and if we could get him for around $10 mil on a a 1 year deal it could be worth it.

Would love to sign him. He’s hungry to play at the moment and you can’t deny the guy gets open. He used to always get open for Miami but had a bad case of the drops for a while. He’s sure as hell better than Robby Anderson

There's no "potential" He's 29 years old He is what he is and as far as he is down the depth chart they don't see a future. They are gonna stick him in when they have the size mismatch you referred to against depth corners.

Im pretty sure at this point our WR core is not happy as they are not getting any type of legit looks with how bad the Oline play has been. Darnold running for his life the last two games is affecting the rookie's ability to go through his reads.
Shaking up the WR room with a bullshit depth signing would prob do more harm than good at this point.

Ill beat the dead horse again and say dump Peak and Sign him it would be damn near impossible to be less productive than him.

OK, sometimes I just don't get this. I know some of these players have egos about personal stats and of course they want to raise their value stake, but if it were me and I was making more money that I would ever make in 10 life-times, still get paid the same, and 'work less'? How do you use the word isthmus in a sentence? Isthmus be my lucky day! I don't mean from a laziness point of view, from a common sense one. If I could work at a desk for three hours and get paid for 8 hours, what kind of an idiot do you have to be.

Who was the guy (RB) from the Bills some years back who had a catastrophic injury? I was gonna say Laurence Maroney, but that's not him, he was with the Cheats and Denver, but it was definitely something with an M. The Bills were really nice to him, didn't cut him, he came back, did really well, and then he started running his yap 'to play me or trade me'. What an ingrate. I'll remember his name at 3:00 a.m. Not that I give two craps about the Bills mind you, but it just came to mind is all.

Can he replace Terrell Pryor? I'm sold if he can.

What on earth is the point of renting a troublesome player for one year? We're trying to build a stable team here, not bring in short-term rentals.

Not sure about playing for the Cheats but I think you are thinking of Willis McGahee.

Dez ain't coming here. For one, he really only ran 3 routes in Dallas, go, slant and the deep in. He'd have to get use to the PB, And tbh at this point I'm not sure he's an upgrade over Pryor. He maybe a step faster but Pryor arguably runs better routes and that's saying something.

And Pryor's route running is absolutely atrocious to put it very nicely.

McGahee! That's it! He also played for Denver at one point now that you jogged my memory. Maroney was def Cheats and Denver, sorry if I wasn't clear. Now I remember exactly what happened. The Bills drafted him even though he had a really a bad knee injury in college. The Bills took a chance on him, he had to sit out the whole season because of how bad the injury was, he rehabbed all year, and had two good seasons after that. Then the whining, kvetching, and disparaging comments started and the 'play me or trade' thing followed. The Bills obliged him.

Back on topic, not really sure if Rishard Matthews is a wise idea because what do I know. I'm not overly familiar with him. Dez Bryant, no thanks.
