It's looking more and more to me that the Jets have to win out, which will be extremely tough.

KC/Denver at 7-4. Cincy at 7-5. Jets and Jags both at 6-5.

I think a 10-6 team will miss the playoffs.

Lets let everyone play games before we start forecasting.

Once we reach week 15 we can start forecasting. At that point the jets should be at 8-5 and the other teams will have played some tough games. Right now the jets just need to keep up.

The Bengals victory last night definitely didn't help things, but I still think we could do it with 4-1 (10-6). Each game as they come and don't get ahead of ourselves.

That win by the Bengals does hurt, but they still play the Colts. Jets can't afford to drop any games the rest of the year if they want to make it.

This is about that time where you begin to think about that Indy game and the shit ref's in Cleveland... but... shit happens and you have to move on

Well the others can gripe as well...

Cincinatti can look at the Bucs game where the refs took from them, also the Falcon game that they blew...

Denver blowing a 24-7 lead on San Diego

Jacksonville losing to Buffalo late and Washington in OT

Each one of the wild card contenders have had a bad loss that COULD hurt them late in the year, but it's not as if the Jets are the only team who have had bad losses.

The Bucs deserved that win.. That was an unbelievable catch, but it was a catch. No question. The same was a catch for us in Clevland, but for us it went the other way. :(

If I was a betting man I wouldn't put a lot of money on the Jets to make the playoffs this year. I'm not.
If we win the next three I'd guess we have a 50/50 chance.
And, if we win the next 4 I'd guess a 70% chance.
    But, I'm just a fan.

Nice win by the Browns, but we couldn't catch a friggen break with the Pats and Bengals games.

I still say we're in good shape, with the Bills game next week still a must-win.

That sets up us having to win 1 of 2 road games against the Vikes and Dolphins and taking care of business against the Raiders at home to hit 10-6, which I still say gets the Jets in the playoffs. It's rare that a 10-win team doesn't make it, so let's see it play out (although I think a 10 winner didn't make it last year, too, so we'll see.)

Not really last year, but 3 years ago the 10-6 dolphins missed out for the playoffs due to losing a tiebreaker with Denver.

They came through for us back on week 17 two years back, so they may just help us again.

It would have but unfortunately you just accidently walked into a gay bar, the Pats came back and won and you spent the rest of the night vomiting.

    Life's a banquet.

Jacksonville is winning. But they can lose another day, I just can't root for Miami to win.
