Sunday at noon it ends then practice squad can be set up that day. https://operations.nfl.com/football-ops/league-governance/2018-19-important-nfl-dates/
If they have enough experience where they are not subject to waivers players can be signed by anyone. I believe if they are practice squad eligible then waivers is involved.
Sounds like Dylan Donahue is going to get cut before he can even get suspended. Nothing official, just hearsay from Manish who unfortunately has been pretty plugged in.
Looks like Neville beat out Minter for the ILB spot.. mild surprise, but Neville had a good preseason. also with KPL suspended, will they be going with only 3 ILB's for now?
Wondering if Rashard Robinson ultimately makes the team after his 4 game suspension is completed. Quote from the team website: Bowles praised CB Rashard Robinson for his growth this summer. “On a personal standpoint, and he’s suspended the first four games, but Rashard Robinson has done an outstanding job from coming back into training camp from the spring from last year from an attitude standpoint, from a playing standpoint, and from a professional standpoint. I couldn’t be more proud of the strides he’s made coming in personally.”
he should. him and jones have been the 2 best CBs this preseason/camp outside of our top 3. I'd be surprised if either was cut. roberts and burris to me are more on the bubble with one of them getting the 6th spot of we decide to keep 6
Yeah, and with Pierre-Louis suspended for the first game of the season (or is it first two games?), I thought that Minter would stick.
Concur, Robinson has been pretty good this preseason and Jones has been amazing considering he just started playing CB 2 years ago. Great ball skills on that INT. Turned, located and went up and picked it clean.

maybe if you can get him for cheap for subpackage pass rushing.. Wondering if his attitude or work ethic is an issue tho, as team after team let him go.
Can't be. All posters here know that Mac sucks at drafting and identifying talent. His trades are no good either. [sarcasm off]
I think, on the whole, Mac has done a great job. He's whiffed on a few--every GM has but he's really hit a few homers and a bunch of singles and doubles.
Ive been really pleased w the young DBs both at Corner & safety. Jones & Robinson hopefully push out Roberts and/or Burris. Meanwhile everyone of the safeties minus JJ Wilcox has produced. Adams/Maye/Brooks/Middleton/Bryant. All these guys can play. There will be some tough decisions unless they can trade one
