Look at all those running back MVPs from the last 20 years. Great list!

Quit trolling so hard its becoming too damn obvious and less fun.

No one said he fumbled. Stop making it up or reread beforemtyping nonsense

Who are you to whine about a persons pain tolerance? To decide the level of pain and then foolishly decide it's a negative that he was effected by what everyone has said is a ridiculously painful injury. Don't know what's more ridiculous this lunacy or the idea that he purposely flipped the ball to the 9'rs.

You don't like him, that's obvious. Just say it and be done with it

I'd love to see Khalil Mack on the Jets.

I see absolutely no way this happens without us giving up our first-rounder.

I do not want to give up the first-rounder for Khalil Mack, because I think preserving the flexibility of the pick is incredibly important. I would rather overpay a second-tier edge rusher in free agency (though Fowlers off the field **** scares me a bit) and keep the first-round pick.

If I thought the Raiders would take any *five* of the players NCJetsFan listed in his original post for Mack in a strait player-for-player deal, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Toss Maudlin into that pile too so there's some position-for-position trade in there too.

I disagree. If we could get Mack for a first, the team automatically improves and the first likely drops in value anyways. Proven talent is far more valuable than speculative talent. And we are in the rare position to be able to afford him while our QB plays for peanuts, unlike the Raiders.

If they’d take a first and call it a trade, I think the Jets have to absolutely make that deal.

Mack would allow our secondary to absolutely feast, making this defense one of the upper echelon defenses in the league.

Some of the posters not wanting to give up a first for Mack remind of this

I didn't know talking football was now considered "trolling".

It's oh so easy for people to throw out "Barry Sanders" when pretending as if RB's don't help lead you to SB's without realizing that....

A.) There have been more SB MVP RB's than there have been "Pass Rushers" throughout the history of this game.

B.) Some (most) of the greatest pass rushers of All-Time have failed to lead their teams to SB victories such as...

    • Bruce Smith: 200 sacks (1st).
    • Kevin Greene. 160 sacks (3rd).
    • Julius Peppers. 154.5 sacks (4th).
    • Chris Doleman. 150.5 sacks (5th).
    • Jason Taylor. 139.5 sacks (7th).
    • John Randle. 137.5 sacks (9th) .
    • Jared Allen. 136.0 sacks (11th).
    • John Abraham. 133.5 sacks (12th).
    • Leslie O'Neal. 132.5 sacks (13th).
    •Derrick Thomas. 126.5 sacks (16th).

C.) Even the likes of Reggie White (2nd) and Michael Strahan (6th) could only win 1 SB (a piece) despite the fact they've combined for 31 years of NFL play between the two.

D.) The likes of Bruce Smith, Reggie White, Kevin Greene, Julius Peppers, Chris Doleman, Michael Strahan, Jason Taylor, John Randle, Jared Allen, John Abraham, Leslie O'Neal and Derrick Thomas have only combined for a whopping 2 SB victories despite a combined 165 years/seasons of play.

Yea. Right. But don't let the facts get in the way...

lol when my older son was about 4 he fell down half a flight of stairs to a landing with an open bag of mini-chips ahoy, literally cartwheeled 3-4 times and he manipulated the bag such that not a single cookie exited the bag.

It’s not like getting shot but he was quite the trooper.

“Ok google, can I have a list of all the great running backs that carried Tom Brady to his Super Bowl wins?”

“Alexa, please name the Super Bowl MVP running backs of the last 20 years”

... keep trolling. It’s funny watching you try so hard to fail so drastically.

    What an epic fail.

You're either absolutely clueless or absolutely unaware that....

Correy Dillon (2004): 345 rushing attempts, 1,635 rushing yards (4.7 yards per carry) and 12 rushing TD's .

After tonight. I would not be surprised if Mack is on the roster soon.

    Absolutely 0 pressure.

There is one totally knowledgeable Dolphin fan here and a bunch of clueless long time Jet fans that this tool likes to disparage.

    Too funny.

Btw, Corey Dillon, in case you didn’t know, carried Tom Brady to superstardom.

    You can google it.

After tonight's game, I want Mack less. It would be pointless because this team is not going to compete regardless.

Yeah, I mean unless Mack is also going to become the entire S.T. unit, and assume coaching duties, there's not much point in having him.
