do you have ties to Syracuse U or something? its no disrespect but I don't see how anyone could describe Rob Moore has having unbelievable talent. I mean, I liked the guy here, but he wasn't unbelievable or anything. He wasn't even close to his teammate Al Toon in terms of talent. Maybe its a syracuse connection or maybe its nostalgia
Goodness no.I grew up a Uconn basketball fan anything orange makes me cringe.Dont follow it much anymore since Uconn’s recruiting violations. Too many bandwagon Patriot fans around here who use the same excuses for uconn. I know full well those national titles are all tainted..no hiding from it. Moore had good size, was very smooth in his route running & body control.Just a really fluid athlete all around. No doubt Toon was more of a physical freak but despite the lousy Rosters this was a rare time in jets history when offensive skill was a strength
Great receiver, # 3 behind Maynard and Wesley Walker. Because of his height he could really go up and get the ball but the problem was Kenny O'Brien got him killed by doing so. Took some real big hits and until this day, he's not the same person due to concussions. Real sad. But he was awesome
I don't consider him behind Maynard or Wesley, all three were exceptional. I pretty much consider it a great historic offensive hat trick at WR.
Wesley played 13 years and Toon 8 so I give to Walker based on that. U r correct 3 great jet receivers
Different types of WR but Walker was better than Reed. More dangerous with a 13 per to 19 for Walker. Thats with Kelly vs Jets QBs. Both really good and I would kill for either today
Watching Wesley Walker get a bead on the ball and catch it in full stride over his opposite shoulder was amazing to witness. He was not easy to defend.
