Putin only won about 75% of the vote, but that's because the real opposition had already been killed or jailed, leaving only harmless opponents to make up the other 25% and giving a false sense of a real election. Obama was kind of weak on Putin, he should have been tougher on him. I think the problem was Obama wanted to be the world's friend and spent too much lecturing Putin and trying to talk it out. Putin only understands sanctions and force, there is no other way. This is what Trump had to say today: Couple of things here. The "Fake News Media" is reporting nothing fake on this matter. It is fact that Trump ignored his advisor's notes to congratulate Putin and did so anyway. What is so fake about this? Trump just loves dictator cock, and like them hates the free press. Second, getting along with a progressive Russia is a good thing. Guys like Garry Kasparov, Boris Nemtsov, and Alexei Navalny. Kasparov is in New York now because the Russians were going to arrest him on bogus charges. Nemtsov is dead, was assassinated. Navalny was imprisoned on bogus charges and barred from running in the election. There was also Boris Berzevosky, remember him? He was also assassinated in the UK like many others. Getting along with Putin's Russia is not okay. You only do that if you know they have dirt on you and are oblivious to the fact that they helped you in the election. Kasparov made another point the other day which is true and that is Putin spent more time and energy helping Donald Trump in the USA election than he did on his own Russian election. Because rigging Russian elections is easy, meddling in USA elections is a whole other thing.
Putin only allows harmless window dressing to run against him, the rest are killed or jailed, or exiled and then killed. Grudinin got 13% and is a communist who had no real shot. Zhirinovsky is a nationalist who got 6%, but he runs against Putin every time and is also harmless. This is why it as a horrendous idea for a free leader especially the so called "Leader of the Free World" to congratulate Putin on this sham of an election.
So Donald got 1.6 billion for the wall, not from Mexico, for 33 miles of wall and tech.... but made concessions to sanctuary cities, obamacare, assistant programs, and planned parenthood from reading a summary by the white house's propaganda factory. So. Much. Winning.
