Great underrated album. I've always wondered why he hasn't played that song live since the early 80s.

Been listening to Greta Van Fleet - Black Smoke Rising EP. Bunch of Teenagers from MI that sound like prime Led Zeppelin.
Besides that Type O Negative because it’s October and the Walt Disney Soundtrack for The Haunted Mansion....

Type O Negative. Fukk that band, ya wanna know why? I'm B Negative. I win.

And, yeah, I really am. I'm a Jets fan. Imagine if was B Positive? I would never be able to live that down in my own mind.

I bought the DVD box set and it's been sitting because I wanted to wait until I had time to watch it through to the end. With baseball and football going on every night , thanks to the Yankees and jets souring me if sports this weekend I guess I'll finally have the time. But that show, amazing. Felt like I didn't leave my seat for like 2 weeks after .

We'll have to work on your deductive reasoning. Best I can do.

No love for Mlor? Love that album. Although it broke my heart to learn Gilmour recorded the whole thing on a Steinberger .

Have fun! I gotta say, praise be that no-one is fawning over the Grateful Dead in here. Holy Shit, I fckn detest them. The old man had roughly 800 bootlegs, and I would faux stab myself in the neck with a No. 2 pencil after hearing Bob Weir sing like he swallowed 30 Pixy Stix in a row. I used to work right across the street from MSG and one of the best days of my life was when someone climbed up and stabbed the shit out of the inflatable gorilla. I actually got corralled into seeing them once. I'm sure you'll laugh. It's that funny.

Plus, if I ever get serenaded with something by The Incredible String Band one more time, it's him or me. I think it's him.

It's just not a real Floyd album. Frankly, I'm not into anything after Animals.

If Gilmour recorded it solo, I'd probably like it more, as stupid as I know that is.

No love for Steinberger? Buck Dharma's favorite guitar?

I guess they were conveniently small, probably great for the studio. The one Gilmour used had the same EMG sa pickups as his Red Strat that he used up until a few years ago. But the look of those things .....Too flock o seagulls .

I love that album too. It almost feels to me like a calm ending after a crazy adventure of a musical career.

I am thankful for MLOR as it actually spun a tour that allowed me to see Gilmour play live, including Comfortably Numb and other classics (even if no Waters).

I have been listening to Obscured by Clouds at night to relax before bed a lot recently.

I was reading the comments in YouTube on the video for signs of life from Mlor, and some guy said he needed pills to sleep at night, but he's been listening to Floyd at bed time lately, and he wasn't taking anything.

I used to sleep to them all the time as well. I should do that again.
