Well, it IS mostly all left speech. "Semi-automatic rifles cannot be used for self-defense" - totally depends on what kinda semi-automatic rifle we're talking about. A long rifle with a scope probably not, but a bullpup with a red dot can be used for home/self defense. "Loopholes that allow people to bypass background checks when they buy guns online" - I don't know what websites he visited but as far as I know all websites that sell firearms will ship only to an FFL who will do a background check on you before they transfer the firearm(s) to you. Just go to gunbroker.com and take a look at any firearm listing, all of them would say "FFL is required." "A bill to legalize the sale of silencers" - he makes it sound like one cannot buy a silencer legally and bad Republicans are trying to legalize it. You can buy a silencer now and they just want to make it easier. A Suppressor (silencer) does make a gun shoot quieter but it's nowhere near what they show in the movies. I was at a range about a month ago and there was a guy there with a suppressor equipped AR. Despite wearing ear muffs, I clearly heard his every shot with the suppressor on. I do agree with not allowing mentally ill people to buy firearms. I'd go as far as making it a law for an FFL to require mental health assessment papers from everyone who wants to buy a firearm.

My question is whether he lost his mind when she left or she left because he lost his mind. If she knew he had something planned she may be culpable in some way. Did he possibly just use the convenience of her being gone to put his plan in motion? Did she actually pull the plug on the relationship or was she just going for a visit?

I know there is a huge echo effect.but the filmer is stationary. at one point you hear the deeper sound alone,at other times you hear the what seems to be smaller rounds in addition. . I know its typical type-o to "go there". but this is all too strange to me.
Probably just raking his fire back and forth and that's what's causing the sound difference. Is my guess.
I don't want to victim blame or anything of the sorts. But what in the world would cause a person in a situation like this to think 'hmm nows a good time to whip out my cell phone and start videotaping what's going on.' I'm a bigger dude. I don't know about you guys. But I would be going full Marshawn Lynching over people to high-tail my ass out of there.
