They are deliberating now, I'm thinking he gets it since I think they went hard on the sentencing due to him getting off on his murder trial. They had already granted him parole on some of his charges back in 2013.
He needs 4 of 7 to agree on early parole. All depends who's on that board, anyone who has it in for him will vote no 100% at their discretion to keep him in jail and anyone who likes OJ will vote yes 100% at their discretion When he does get out, I can imagine he'll be assigned a major douche bag as a parole officer. He probably won't be able to take a leak without phoning in to his PO
unanimous vote, 7-0 to release OJ He was sentenced to 33 years in prison and will be released on 10/1/2017 after having serving 8 years, 10 months
Probably would do the world some good if he just rented a white Bronco and drove it off a cliff somewhere in Nevada.
Will that mean the Knicks will be back in the NBA Finals? I'm willing to handle the interuption this time if that's the case
Some of O.J.'s quotes from his parole hearing today: 1. “I’ve basically lived a conflict-free life.” 2. “I thought I was a good guy. I had some problems with fidelity in my life (laughs) but I’ve pretty much been a guy who has gotten along with everybody.” 3. "I've never been accused of pulling a weapon on anyone in my life." 4. "I'm not a guy who has lived a criminal life. I have been a straight shooter." 5. “I was always a good guy, but I could have been a better Christian.” 6. “If I was to take that alcohol course it would be more for my children, for them if they ever had a problem." 7. “My reputation is that I’ve always been open to the public, open to everybody.” 8. “I believe in the jury system.” 9. "I would never steal from anybody and I would never ever pull a weapon on anybody." 10. "Believe it or not, I do have some real friends." .
He could have went in there wearing macgregor's pin stripe suit and told everyone there to kiss his black ass, he was getting paroled. That was a heavy sentence he got to begin with for a guy with no prior convictions.
