I didn't say the problem is Trump. However, Trump is part of the problem because he keeps pushing the fake narrative that there's a conservative solution to healthcare. In reality there is no solution. Not because the Republicans are incompetent but because there is literally no solution. If you repeal the mandate, you can't cover people who are sick/poor/have preexisting conditions. The money just won't be there.
Maybe if Trump and the GOP dumps their childish vendetta against Obama, they could get something done by simply fixing the ACA.
That can't even pinpoint Aleppo from the world map, amirite? Yeah - we all needed a stupid dumb fuck of that magnitude - or, haven't we got one in the oval office already?
I'll go you one better than that. Its time for a change in systems from an Oligarchy to a Parliamentary form of governing. That way, we can have votes of no confidence when necessary without all the bs of a impeachment.
I don't know how that slows down the polarization of the 2 sides. That looks more like an idea from the side looking to gain right now. I think there would be a vote of no confidence every other day from the side that just lost
So let's keep a system that gave us 2 candidates that half the country felt were so shitty that they didn't bother to leave the house on Election Day. Hate trump all you want but both parties are responsible for him winning
Fair point,2016 was a 20 year low. Continued trend or reflection of the candidates ? Either way the seems like there is room in the middle right now. Won't happen though, this country doesn't look like any one wants to compromise. Name calling is the fashion now
This thread is the very evidence that the desire to be partisan and criticize the other "half" of the country is what the people desire, not results. It's easier to sleep believing the other party is victimizing you and your party is your savior then find a middle ground with your common man, figure out he is not your enemy, and figure out both parties exist simply to keep themselves in power, of which they need the other party to exist to fuel the hatred their followers are easily manipulated with so they keep voting for their own team.
No reasonable person could look at the two fucking retards the Dems had, Clinton and Sanders, and conclude we'd be better if with either. It be just a different kind of shit show. All three pandered to the lowest common denominator.
couple funny back to back posts there from ya jetblue. 1st..."people are being manipulated by party politics..." followed by "you'd have to be a fucking retard to like the democrat candidates" lol at least you identified the problem
So you chose to rewrite my post to suit your agenda then actually comprehend it. Gotcha. The greater point was both republicans and democrats were responsible for Trump, because Dems had equal garbage running against him. Anyone who truly like Clinton or Sanders has no reasonable grounds to criticize the election of Trump because they preferred as big an idiot as he is.
It was a joke dude But anyway I disagree. I think one of the retarded democrats would've been a better option than the reality tv star. I also think any one of the 30 retarded republican candidates would've been a better option than the reality tv star too
Neither Democrat could have possibly been worse. Trump is already the shittiest president we've ever had.
