After being on a bears board the past 2 days I can say that I am sick of "da"... it gets annoying after a while
It's not about money, the man loves the game. I wish he wouldn't have gone to NE too but I don't think it was about money.

I think the guy just loves football and refuses to accept that its over. I just wish it wasn't NE,but on the other hand,i hope he has to play.
More power to Vinny for still wanting to be a part of the game in some fashion. If its still in your heart, and you can do it, then why not? I mean face it, its not like the man will play a snap, unless the reliable Tom Brady gets hurt. I think Vinny still wants to play and maybe get a ring.... It does sour my gut to see him in that uni....
It does so to me, too. HOWEVER, at least the Jets won't be facing him or the Pats anymore this season unless both teams meet in the Postseason and again I doubt Vinny would be the QB by then......but stranger things have happened though... Personally, I'd love to see Vinny finally get that ring even if it's with Mr.Warm-and-fuzzy himself(Belicheck). Of course, if it's the Jets against the Pats in the Postseason, well.....sorry Vinny but this is BUSINESS. :up:
If Brady were to get injured this year, going into the playoff push...I'd bet my existence here on tgg that Vincenzo goes in and not Cassel. Obviously, Brady looking ordinary for two weeks in a row, not to mention getting bathed in what was left of Gillette Stadium's field all day last week, forced Bellichick to consider his options. And I'm not saying out of disrespect for Vinny, but signing Vinny these days is a sign of panic in the NFL these days. I love Vinny and will always wish him the best WHEREVER he is. Unless our paths cross in January.

all i can say is this is great, now i don't have to think of him in green again, and more importantly if he has to pay he'll screw over the Turn over ratios!
