Smith needs to get going...... he's in serious danger of not having a spot on this team..... Robbie Anderson, Jalin Marshall, and Charone Peak have all passed him up on the depth chart...... if we don't get rid or Decker and Brandon Marshall then he could be the odd man out
If the other guys are better, I don't care if he's the odd man out or released. Have to earn your spot....where you were drafted means nothing, especially with the way this team has been drafting.
It's so disgusting how awful the recent 2nd rounders have been. I mean, Jesus, we're probably going to jettison this guy. Harris was drafted in 2007 making this upcoming draft is the Jets last chance to not go 0 for the last decade in the 2nd.
We'll see if Maccagnan/Bowles have the balls to cut him. I'd seriously question their intelligence even moreso in this league if they don't.
He missed all preseason with broken ribs and then struggled as a rookie trying to catch up. He then winds up tearing his ACL and missing his entire sophomore season. Devin Smith is on pace to be a worst pick than Stephen Hill.
