    Fitztragic
    Shitzpatrick.

Whatever you call him, hes an awful quarterback & has never, nor will never start a playoff game.

He's a complete pile of dog shit.

the notion fitzpatrick is the problem and not just a part of it is idiotic.

we would be 1-5 not matter which qb was under center.

this team does nothing well. its not just passing. we can run the ball, we cant stop anyone. we suck in the redzone on both ends of the ball. we continue to fumble constantly and our coaching from an in game stand point is terrible.

Bullshit. Cinci was beatable but Fitzpatrick choked and cost us a win. Chiefs didn't do much but Fitz threw all those picks on his own. He's garbage and costs us a chance at being a decent team.

Get this fucker the fuck off the field and the fuck out of New York. 0 TD's and 10 INT in the 2nd half this season. Constantly taking red zone points and throwing them in the hands off the opposing team.

11 INT's already and FOUR in the Red Zone.

I wasn't for bringing him back when heheld things up for so long. I was happy it was a one year deal, and his reversion is exactly why. Frankly I don't want him back even as a backup at league min at this point. Geno can get out as well with his immature ass. Playthe kids and keep drafting till we get a damn qb.

They did the right thing in bringing Fitz back. As his history and current play shows, they did the right thing in holding tight to having it be no more than a 1-year deal.

Heck, maybe the Jets luck out and someone needs a backup QB before the Nov. 1 trade deadline, and the Jets can see what they have between Geno and Petty for the remainder of the season (figuring Hackenburg is a project slated for a look next season).

It may not be all his fault, but he is costing us games. hell the KC game and 6 INTs? we were still in the game after his 4th INT down by only 7 points. He isn't the sole blame for the concy, pitt, and sea losses. but the Ari and KC losses are on him for sure.

Our offense is so bad it's like the hackett era all over again

  10. I've never taken pleasure in fellow fans misjudgment ever until now.

How f'ng STUPID & ridiculous you all sound/sounded with your "
Fitz magic" nonsense. You dug your graves...no lye in it.

THIS is the QB we couldn't live without?? You really thought the nomiminal offensive success last season was b/c of Fitz? You didn't see the god awful footwork, ball placement & horribly bad decision making over & over again??

Anyone who went to bat for this guy...and gave the media boneheads(there were many) touting Fitz precedence...why don't you go find another team to root for?? You all clearly don't understand the game of football AT ALL & held an impressionable front office hostage for a JOKE of a player at THE most important position on the field. I have no sympathy for you & pity your pathetic need for instant gratification & blindly supporting a complete HACK!

His sorry ass is still going to cost us $5 million next year because of the way the contract had to be done due to the void years. Truly a disgrace of a holdout, contract, and player.

Fitz didn't sign himself. The owner, GM and coach all bear the responsibility. The media also especially the Daily News have been really wrong but anytime a team is influenced by the newspaper or talk radio they should resign. Posters who wanted to bring him back should admit they were mistaken and move on. An easy schedule and Geno getting hurt was the deal last year. This year an awful schedule and too much film on him have done him in.

  13. He deserves to be absolutely crucified for holding the team hostage, his self serving arrogance & much like the team he plays for...nonsensical false bravado.

While we're at it...Brandon Marshall, Eric Decker, Nick Mangold, Matthew Forte, David Harris & Darrelle Revis..."the good ole boy network".; The clowns who voiced publicly & many even SKIPPED PRACTICE so that their bonehead buddy could come back. Maybe they wanted to keep their weekly poker tournament or fantasy baseball league in tact...I dunno. They can all take a hike after this year. They'll take their parting shots at the team & us fans afterwards. Let them. THEY were the fools who dictated the franchise's graces...THEY were the idioits who actually thought we could WIN w. this clown at QB...It does't take an Ivy education to see how wrong they really were. Some of us aren't stupid....but the good ole boy network most certainly is!

I couldn't agree more... boy I never thought I say this but this team resembles Kotite's teams for ineptitude. And to Boot this fking HC is clueless.... here is his latest comments: “We got to get a spark somehow,” Bowles said. “We’re making too many bad mistakes at critical times obviously on both sides of the ball.”

and... His team is a mess. They had 12 penalties, two that were declined. He made the move to Smith when the game was out of reach, but said he is sticking with Fitzpatrick next week.

Bowles has not had any answers to pull this team out of its funk.

  16. Yeah ok....having a guy at QB who CAN'T PASS in a passing league isn't at the root of the team's problems.

The name of the game is outscoring the other team. Say what you will about the OL & supporting cast..but they are at least at competent level MOST of the time & when injuries aren't at play. You can't tell me that if even HALF of these offensive drives that have ended in turnovers or 3 & outs were resulting in POINTS that we wouldn't have at least 1 more win.

The defense is awful at giving up big plays..we know that. But they also are put in the impossible position of trying to play PERFECT...b/c our O gives them no room for error. The days of swarming dominant D's are over. It's basketball on turf. You are going to give up points...the rules & offensive talents are too good.

We've just had such bad QB play for so long..we fans & the team have programmed ourselves to basically shun the issues at QB & hope for perfection everywhere else b/c we know it's our only chance to win. It's a losing model. The offense needs to put up points. The offense needs accountability. the offense needs someone who can put the team on their backs & show some fight. This team is completely ill-equipped to outscore anyone, respond to adversity or manufacture a comeback. You simply cannot win without a QB....simple as that.

GREAT point. Perhaps what isn't getting talked about enough. Really pissed me off to see Brandon Marshall say it was HIS fault for Fitzpatrick getting benched because he should've made a better play to break up that red zone INT. HELLO Brandon, he wasn't benched for 1 interception and last I checked you don't play DB. You can't play DB every time like last week taking the ball away from the defender for a TD. A QB is suppose to get those balls to you.

All those players you listed will likely be gone next season too. They should, none of them have really done anything to warrant staying besides Marshall, but i think his Fitz love is gonna walk him out the door.
