THEN, call Mac and Bowles into this office this morning for the mother of all ass chewings. Tell Bowles that Fitz is finished as this team's starting Qb. Tell Mac frankly if he plays Santa Claus again with these bloated contracts to underperfoming players he's gone. Then call Casserly and Wolf and get in their asses for recommending these two inexperienced guys. No more on the job training for this team's leadership. This is New York and you have to be ready from day one, not year 5.

Bowles is an embarassment to this franchise, and is clearly overmatched. It's simple to me at this point, he is not head coach material. His blind loyalty to certain players, ie: fitz, will be the reason he gets his pink slip at the end of the season. He unwillingly threw Geno into the game in the 4th quarter, when people clamored for Geno to go at half time when the team still had a bit of life in it and the score was relatively close. Keep Macc, he's done a much better job thus far than Bowles. Let Macc conduct a coaching search and let's get this team on the right path. Can't believe how bad this team is
We don't have a line. It is sad that Giacomini looks better than his replacement. Qvale, Ijalana, Winters are all bums. Powell should be the starter though.

Agree with the Bowles comment, but Mac is just as much to blame with bad drafts and overrated FA signings.
its truly insane. I cannot watch this guy anymore. It's absolutely infuriating. Any other franchise in the entire NFL puts this guy on the bench. The Jets stock up on 4 QBs only to burn everything down with shitty Ryan Fitzpatrick. I can't believe this nonsense.
How can we accurately assess Macc's draft classes when we have a horrible coaching staff coaching them? Macc's free agent signings have backfired to a degree this season but let's see this for what it is. This is a bad team that has a talented roster, has holes because of years of bad drafting (idzik and Tannenbaum), and has a terrible coaching staff that refuses to adapt and adjust to the things transpiring on the field. Bowles has lost this team, the team is flat, unmotivated, and downright brutal and this is not a bad roster. Compare it to the rosters across the league and our offensive roster stands up as one of the best, specifically at skill positions. On defense we have, or should have one of the best defensive lines in football. The problem is the wheels have fallen off, Bowles is sinking with the ship and his failure to adjust and take the next step as head coach has directly correlated to us being a disastrous football team. I look forward to when he gets fires because it's clear as day that he isn't ready to be a head coach.
