Todd Bowles is trash. Dude has 0 fire. Makes 0 adjustments all game. Just stands like a bump on a log with his vanilla game plans. Overrated POS Coach!

The issue I have had with Bowles since last season is that he always played scheme more than playing to the players. We saw it last year with Kerley. Better players didn't make the field because he's not flexible. We saw it this year with someone of the TEs that were cut.

How many more defensive breakdowns that result in big plays for touchdowns are Jets fans going to ignore before they start calling out Todd Bowles for the sh*t HC that he is. Rex Ryan is head and shoulders better than this turd.............

Rex went into Foxborough and shut out the Pats today. He talked loud and his team backed it up.

Bowles did pretty much nothing. They haven't fixed issues that were obvious last week in defensive coverages and got burned again.

I'd take Rex over this crap.

    I'm not a fan of his no-emotion, stone-face approach.

I would like to see him look like he is engaged, and making sure everyone's head is in the game.

I just don't see how he can fire anyone up if he just stands there.

I've been trying to talk myself into Bowles over the last few weeks, but the fact that he's still committed to FitzPatrick despite countless examples of him holding back the offense at the end of last season and this season, tells me all I need to know about him. The sad part is that he's probably a worse coach than Rex at this point. He preaches discipline but still starts Fitzpatrick?

Rex is a loudmouth and a blowhard, but he knows how to beat the Patriots. I'll give him that.

As for Bowles, I like the stoicism. But it works against you if you're standing there stonefaced and apparently making zero changes to reflect the defensive weakness. Game after game the secondary blows coverages, TE's are left uncovered underneath, and open field tackles are a rarity.

Makes Bowles look lost and unsuited for the job.

Bowles was horrible today. Outcoached in every way. The challenge and time out usage in the second half was bad. You call a time out on first and goal and then just give up an easy play. He blames his team for blown coverages but doesn't change the defense at all. Just weak all around. he's a mediocre coach and will be gone in two years.

The problem is if he starts Geno and runs what they did today it just turns interceptions into sacks. If he truly is the head coach he should go after Gailey and ask him what the hell they're throwing 40 times for.

Because they can't run? Literally every run the 2nd half was for a yard or two or a loss. Forte will hit a hole and fall forward for a yard or two but he doesn't have the burst or the ability to break tackles like Ivory to make something out of nothing. There was nowhere to run today.

FItzpatrick has thrown 11 interceptions in his last five starts... it's not the OC's fault. Chan has actually been very good for the most part IMO.making defining clear easy reads for Fitzpatrick. The problem is that Fitzpatrick can't read defenses well, and he doesn't have any traits physically that can helps him beat defenses on third and longs. The picks and screens can only work for so long... the QB has to make plays.

The schemes are really starting to piss me off. We're the only team in the god damn league that plays 10 yards off receivers yet still manages to give up huge scoring plays. If it's not that, we're getting killed by the same quick screens or in this weeks case, shallow crossers.

I applauded him for his half time adjustments last year outside of the Buffalo week 17 fiasco. This year the adjustments are non-existent. We routinely get beat on the same plays all game long. The personnel is that of a team that should be playing a ton of aggressive zone coverage. Instead we're playing off-man and we're just going to continue to get shredded over the middle if it doesn't change.

I'm sick of him blaming busted assignments. He needs to start being accountable for his actions and his shitty coaching. A busted assignment is on the player, but after so many busted coverages, it has to start falling on the coach. The team plays with little fire and it's starting to show.

I remember the article of him flipping a table when the time is right. Time to flip a fucking table Bowles.

Thank you, the receivers ARE getting open, the QB sucks, plain and simple, he NEVER goes beyond his first read.

This signing is on Mac, and TB better have the internal fortitude to go with Petty, skip over Geno, Bench Fitz or lose his job and never be heard of again.

Menace,,,,,he won't pull Fitz he wont bench Fitz and I am afraid he won't be fired.....lots of this falls on Mac but Bowels needs to start coaching ,start making adjustments and start managing the clock , start holding players and coaches accountable and stop learning on the job because he has learned zilch same mistakes each week . I did not expect big things this year I expected Fitz to play worse than last year he could not play better,,I also expected Bowels to get better,,,,,,this is a joke , its embarrassing !

Offense, yes, but that's all Gailey. Defense, Bowles is all players. Hence them playing a lot of 4-3 since they have 4 good lineman.

We have a defensive specialist at HC, and have invested a ton into the D, yet they consistently under perform.
    that falls on Bowles.

D has to carry this team, and they let it down again today.

Pryor is just dreadful and needs to be benched at this point.

Coaches don't matter in this situation. Average QB's do not beat good teams. Did anyone think they were going to score a touchdown on the first possession? The Nfl is a quarterback league and if you do have a good one you will not win many games. Fitz. remains average.

to be fair, Rex is now 5-11 against the Pats.

Seriously though, is the tight end a position a god damn unicorn to everyone on the Jets. The front office doesn't draft/sign one that's worth a damn. The offense seems to think it's an extra lineman on the field and the defense doesn't seem to be able to see the. Someone needs to sprinkle fairy dust on them and tell them to make a wish so they can see a tight end and actually make a stop against one.
