and don't confuse a journeyman qb for a guy who can win a super bowl. I would agree in two or three weeks if things are the same roll with Petty, but come on how many of those picks were tips (granted I would expect an older qb not to throw into those tight spots) but Geno was a perfect 0 I think Ryan was not that bad today.

I'm not a Geno guy at all but there's no arguing that Geno has NEVER looked this bad on the field his entire career. Fitz is in a class by himself as not even Sanchez was ever this bad.
Yep. Ryan Fitzpatrick will NEVER lead a team to a SB. Would much rather the unknown get a chance. Don't care if that's giving Geno his first chance with real NFL receivers, Petty once he's healthy, or even Hackenberg provided his mentally ready. No point in happily going 8-8 - 10-6 with NO chance at making any noise in the playoffs. That 12 million would be really nice in the secondary right now.
Whats scary is he was bad in week one as well. We forget that tho because of week two. But he looked bad in week one. Hes reached the end of his career, its time to move on. Geno would not be better Petty maybe but please at the time he was the best qb available. No one here thought he was going to take us to a Superbowl on his own or even win a game on his own. Your right Geno has looked worse. Jesus how quick people forget, Geno made worse decision with the ball. I have not made any defense of fitz's play today did I not say he sucked in previous posts. Read the entire post please I already said he sucked today. On another day maybe those tipped passed don't get intercepted you take the highs and the lows. He sucked in the pre season, he sucked week one and today was a joke He had a good game against Buffalo just chucking it up in one on one coverage.... With Fitz I feel like we're drawing dead....Geno or Petty atleast there's hope He's our best choice because the other 2 never had a real chance
