You can consider the timeout if it's going to 4th down but otherwise there's no reason to, you'll need to preserve them for your own drive anyway. Turnovers are the game right now. Giving young players like JMarsh an extra chance when they fuck up is part of their development and you don't instantly pull them whenever they fuck up. You think anyone feels it worse about it than he does? That said, this week in practice, you're going to be getting a second person working on kickoff returns so you have a practiced alternative. I don't see bad coaching decisions here. Some play calls weren't perfect, sure, but the story of the game is the turnovers. Oh stop bitchin about the timeouts. Stupid. That first half was ass, nothing was working, I'm surprised we are even on the board. The best thing in that situation is to run the clock out, get in the Fucking locker room and get your teams head of it their ass. Regroup, adjust, execute. Halftime was the best scenario at that point.
Pretty dismal first half. Turn overs, lack of any productivity offensively. Lackluster defensive stand. They are truly out coaching us and out playing us. We should have shown some balls and called a time out with 20 seconds at the half to take one shot in the end zone. This one is squarely on Bowles as much as I like him. We better re look at our schemes. We need more Anderson in the second half and a much better D agains the TE and outlet lasses to the RBs.

It was 3 rd and long and we NEED the ball back and our coach who is still learning on the job has no clue,,,,,,,,,sorry guys we don't win games because of our coach we win in spite of him ! we can still win this game but I don't see how,,,,,the coaching staff losses me a little more each week , it is year 2 and Bowels still has no clue how to manage a clock and plays for field goals,
