My prediction? Jets and Bills will play on Thursday evening and another close game will result. Too close to call..If Bowles doesn't change the secondary, they might as well get the Mojitos chilled for Sammy at the Resort.
Thursday night games are always messy, especially early in the season. I see lots of miscommunications, fumbles and boneheaded plays, and not a lot of scoring. Both teams might score in the teens and the winner will be the one that doesn't dig their own grave.
Do we have any injuries to be concerned about? Haven't heard. I was at the game and thought it was Darron Lee who was shaken up and came off the field slow in the second half.
Every Game in the first six, as soon as the schedule came out was destined to be 'Must Win' in view of the opponents. Welcome to Must win number 2. I have a feeling we might do it this time, aside from our recent bad performances against the Jills, I think the fact that it being much earlier in the season than we usually play them, this will hopefully negate 'Bad Weather' that will trouble Fitz. Last four losses in Buffalo (Detroit for 1) Week 17, 12, 11, 17, whereas the previous 6 seasons all the games are played in Week 9 or earlier we were 5-1. Food for thought. Jets win - 27 to 16

I'm in the "must win" camp. Losing here puts the Jets too far behind too early with a very difficult schedule. The Jets need to keep afloat and their already in danger. Buffalo has swept the Jets last 2 seasons but in both those years I thought they had the more talented roster. I don't think they do in this matchup. tyrod taylor was running for his life sunday against the Ravens. We have more talent up front than they do. Just need to come out with intensity and not let him make plays with his feet after he's flushed from the pocket. Maybe put the young blood Darron Lee as the spy backer- thats what they got him for
The bills defense is typical Rex Ryan 3-15 all out blitz pick up big third down. They do not get pressure on the QB and we should be able to have our way with the secondary. There offense is typical Rex Ryan anemic offense. We contain Sammy we should kill Tyrod. They only scored 7 points against an aver age to below average Baltimore defense. As we Jets fans know Rex sucks in week 1 and coming off of a by week so this can be a trap game. I do not see it jets 27-3.
The Jets went against the grain with Cincinnati and actually started off well on offensively. Hopefully we can do that again against Buffalo. Avoid turnovers and jump out with a lead. I also can't see Taylor having the same kind of day Dalton had if we can duplicate that pressure up front.

Watkins will play though... he looks like he's hurting kinda bad... you can tell his foot really bothering him. Hopefully that will balance out with Revis looking old & lazy and they'll offset each other. Fitz scares me vs Rex.
