Snowden first ran to the Chinese! They took his intel and boarded him on a plane to Russia. Why didn't the Chinese keep him? Cash $$$$. Too much money tied up in the trade. He THEN ran to the Russians because there was no where else to go! Snowden was trusted with secrets and traded them to the highest bidder. He's not a fucking patriot, hes a traitor of the highest order. People defending his actions make me want to puke. Fucker is living as a celebrity eating pirogis and some idiots here want to give him asylum.
He's definitely not a patriot, but he's a great example of what happens to a citizen when they aren't tatrapped by the elite to continue existing. If he were still in this country, he'd be in Guantanamo Bay being tortured "lawfully", and weekly people would be arrested for colluding with him.
It's not a non-debatable point. If it was non-debatable we'd all know Hillary was going to be the nominee in a month and half. I'd say she has maybe a 70% chance to get there at this point. If the polls go south on her over the next month somebody else is going to be the nominee, probably Bernie Sanders.

It's possible when one party is trying to do everything they can to win an election that they normally couldn't touch with a ten foot pole. Lost in all of this is how unelectable the GOP is right now at a national level. That's one of the real downsides of having two unsatisfactory candidates running for President in 2016.
It's not really a valid point though. The President doesn't have the ability to do most of the things Clinton did with her e-mail as Secretary of State. The Secret Service and NSA have the President's communications locked down very tightly and nothing the individual says is going to change that. Hillary's blackberry is toast if she gets elected. They'll give her a secured device that is extremely unlikely to be hacked. That doesn't mean the GOP can't play on the public's fears about the issue. That's all they have left at the Presidential level: playing on people's fear. They've been doing it for two generations now and they don't have any other playbook to go too. That's one of the reasons they're toast at this point.
Let me preface this by saying I am not a Republican but there is a big difference between getting indicted, convicted and sentenced compared to no indictment. Not sure why this even needed to be pointed out. While I can live with the non indictment I just want to know how Clinton would run the office of President without security clearance because taking away her security clearance should be the absolute minimum of what happens here. 110 emails with classified information in 50+ email chains should be proof that she should not trusted with any classified information. A reservist who sent one email through an unauthorized email account, to save the lives of servicemen deployed in Afghanistan, lost his position, clearance and more.
