So you shorten "see" to "C" but leave "be" as a full word. Interesting. That extra keystroke in see must be exhausting when you're 85.

For you champ who do not know, Jim Turner was the Jets' PK in SB3.

    Curley Johnson was the punter.

    Go back to sleep champ.

    From a NYT 1976 article:

“It was kind of quiet for a while,” Namath said. “But about 10 minutes from the stadium (before SB III), we started getting real loose. Curley Johnson had this favorite expression—'A chicken ain't nothin’ but a bird'—I never knew what he meant by that. But he started saying it, and soon, so did I. I remember that most of all.”

Nine of those Jets had gone to college somewhere in Texas, and the team was often called the University of Texas, at New York.

Four played at Texas—Pete Lammons, John Elliott, Jim Hudson, George Sauer. Lammons, the tight end, lives in Houston where he raises thoroughbreds and quarter horses; Elliott, a defensive tackle, is a rancher and sheriff in Camp Wood; Hudson, who had an interception against Baltimore, develops property for apartments in Austin; Sauer, who caught 8 passes for 133 yards in the Super Bowl, is in Charlotte, N.C., working on his novel.

The other Texans were Hill, from Texas Southern; Sam Walton, offensive tackle from East Texas State; Bake Turner, receiver from Texas Tech; Johnson, the punter from Houston, and Don Maynard, the wide receiver fram Texas Western, now Texas at El Paso.

What the fuck antiquated internet news service are you getting this from?

I always thought this dude was a troll--this miserable old fuck never even SAW the Jet SB.

Hey Champ, how many yards did Mike Schnell rush for in the SB?

The other point Champ was making may unfortunately come true..will anybody survive to see the next one? Almost 50 years and the way football players are dying so young these days you wonder how any of them are still around when hitting was allowed and the equipment sucked.
