where did i say ban all muslims from coming in? they should be background checked, thouroughly, as all immigrants should, but if they are clean and want to come to the u.s. and be a positive part of this country, have at it. but i am not stripping the rights of current us citizens because we are afraid to turn people away who just might want to do harm to us. priorities: 1.us citizen 2.those who may or may not want to be us citizens seems like a good order to me
Those "peaceful people" would stay quiet if they knew that 0.0000001% planned to do something. The 99.9999999% would not go against the 0.0000001%, nor would they ever condemn them apart from the usual "this had nothing to do with religion" BS.
Where there's a will.. Remember the Happy Land Club in the Bronx? Eighty seven people killed by one guy carrying only a gas container and a grudge.
I would agree with that number. But all , or atleast most of them , have extremist views , even if they arent all in. They hate white people , they believe women arent human , they believe in Sharia law , and any type of "offense" against the prophet muhammad should result in death. So thats pretty fuckin extreme in my opinion.
Bull fucking shit. Look at actual statistics on what Muslims think instead of making it up 45% in the US think that homosexuality should be discouraged. That is NOT irrelevant
why is it always the guns fault? Why is it the left don't want or don't expect to have any self responsibility and feel the need for constant parenting by the government . What's in your hands can only be commanded by what's in it head. If these ideas are in your head... Then you are going to go harm people with or with out a gun. Im not concerned with what items can be bought , I'm concerned with why people have the capability to do these types of things. And you can bet your ass that gun control would come after the right for regular people to own, and there would still be plenty of shooting in Chicago every weekend
Because liberals have a fundamental misunderstanding of what the government is supposed to do. They think that the government is supposed to invest your money, educate your children, etc They don't care about kids in Chicago. They only care about gays in Orlando
They are amazingly stupid. My Facebook time line is filled with anti gun crap, and not one mention of radical Islam. It's like discovering your home is completely hollowed by termites, and being pissed at te type of hammer that was used to build the house
The worst is yet to come in that the nightclub will be sued adnauseam. Everybody will be looking to cash in. Then the Orlando police dept will be sued. Millions of tax dollars spent fighting it or settling it. Insurance will pay a big chunk of it which will be absorbed by all the local businesses in Orlando in the form of higher rates. Saul Goodman is probably on his way there now on the red eye.
http://www.denverpost.com/2016/06/1...g-is-becoming-mass-shooters-weapon-of-choice/ several points made in article i found interesting: One common denominator behind these and other high-casualty mass shootings in recent years is the use of assault style rifles, capable of firing many rounds of ammunition in a relatively short period of time, with high accuracy. And their use in these types of shooting is becoming more common: There have been eight high-profile public mass shootings since July of last year, according to a database compiled by Mother Jones magazine. Assault-style rifles were used in seven of those. In the past 10 years, assault-style rifles have been used in 14 public mass shootings. Half of those shootings have occurred since last June. Assault-style weapons have long been a flashpoint in the American gun debate. They were outlawed in 1994. But that ban expired in 2004 and Congress opted to not renew it. Terrorist groups have taken note of the widespread availability of assault rifles and other guns in the United States. In 2011, al-Qaida encouraged its followers to take advantage of lax guns laws, purchase assault-style weapons and use them to shoot people. Most states don’t require background checks for firearms purchased via private sales at gun shows. Most states don’t require showing ID to purchase a firearm from a private seller. Indeed, federal law allows people on terror watch lists to purchase guns, and thousands of them have done so.
Orlando-Area Mosque Invited This Muslim Scholar to Speak Just Weeks Ago — Listen to His Message on Gays Islam, of course, had nothing to do with what happened.... blame the guns and NRA!
