MDS made a neat observation. It would be something for the Titans to get all those picks to move down and get their top guy anyway... Tunsil
That's also because there weren't any great prospects, not like AP. If you can get a 3 down back the Rams and Cowboys both proved you wrong. Pats need a running back badly. Lynch was old also you have to consider that. Watch and see how many RBs go in the first next year. The early days WRs weren't getting drafted the way they are now.
I think Elliott could be good for them. But IMO at 4 he's overvalued. If Ramsey was off the board I would've had no problem with the selection. Just a typical Jerry move to choose the flashy pick over the smart pick.
Nah not flashy, its a solid pick. Besides jerry doesnt make the picks. He actually doesnt run the team. His kids do. The old BS notion of rb being dime a dozen has been shown not to be true the past few seasons. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
Give me Joe Theisman every time! Used to love him telling folks who a team should draft. Then when they took someone else he'd tell you why it was a great pick!
Lololololololol. But it had to come out the night of the draft. Sent from my BLU LIFE ONE X using Tapatalk
i dont think anyone is proven wrong. knowing what i know now i still woudlnt consider todd gurley in round 1. you can replace that production with a 3 man comittee. what have the vikings done? rams? cowboys or eagles a year ago with their stud backs? lynch was 29 when he announced his retirement, i wouldnt call that old. pats dont need a runningback, not when they can throw it for 4-8 yards on first down instead and have a comittee of specialists at hb
