That's an absolutely brutal first 6, at least based off last year. 5 playoff teams and the Bills who beat us twice. Luckily year to year things change so hopefully some of those teams aren't as good as we currently assume they are
Those first six weeks could be ugly. There's probably some hyperbole here, but that's a potential 0-6... make that 0-7 since we never play well against Baltimore. And three division games to close, yikes.
I really like this schedule. Front loaded, late bye right before the Pats. If we can come out of the first 6 weeks 3-3 or better we're probably in pretty good shape. All those prime time games down the stretch is sweet too. Hopefully we're in the mix.
I'm actually confident we start 2 and 0 TB will learn from his rookie mistakes and we should beat the Bills Cincy at home will be a win as well ... the next 4 games might get rough ...
Why the fuck would you have a team come off a Monday night game have to go to San Francisco and then have them come back home 6 days later to play a game on a shortened week. 3 games in 12 days in December, including a trip to San Fran. What were they thinking?
There's a stretch of 3 home prime time games in 4 weeks, that helps as far as home field advantage is concerned. Usually a lot more energy in there at night.
