Will have to come with a restructured contract. There's a reason he's only worth a swap of a 5th and 7th and that's because he can't stay healthy. If he could he'd still be one of the best tackles in the game. Smart move to make the gamble assuming his contract is indeed restructured.

Hence why he was available for such a late pick. Its a risk. And risks are not something that should be taken on an LT. Hopefully Mac isnt done in that area.
I still think they should take one in the first round........not a fan of this trade. Not so much the player. I just feel the Jets should be getting younger on the OL.
Fair enough, a like-for-like replacement with two years on Brick. I would like to keep *some* draft picks though, our roster is older than the cast of The Golden Girls.
I don't think anyone has been negative. We are just wary/nervous of trading precious draft picks for injury plagued old players.
