Hi guys. What did you think to Devin Smith's first season, cut short as it was? Is this guy the real deal? If he is, and can stretch the field, would he benefit from a QB with more of a gun? Will his speed really open things up for our 1 & 2 guys, plus Powell/Forte? Hope you don't mind my asking...

If draft status was accurately portrayed these days he would've been a 4th rounder at best. But scouts overrate prospects before the draft. Should've picked Green Beckham
From what I saw Macc fell victim to recency bias in picking Smith. It's the same bad logic I see here with posters knocking Fitz and Hoyer because their worst game was their last.
That doesn't bode well...boy is it difficult to assess talent. I watched a lot of Alabama games (we get a lot of SEC in the UK) and thought Milliner was great. I'm guessing Hack has similar thoughts on him too!
