You bypass and or dismiss the positive things they've said about him just to latch on to this one statement from a guy that we don't know whether or not he has any connections or sources. Not saying that he isn't telling the truth, because I personally believe that there is some merit to what he's saying, but still.

I've always said he should get a chance with these wideouts. Plus he only been in the NFL 3 years.

Thank you for keep ducking the question. We all know a QB is judged on win and losses.

If he as bad as some of you say why keep him? Please don't say money. Why keep a guy you don't trust (if that true) when you know it good chance you will have to turn to him because there a good chance Fitz will not make it the whole year.

If I can't say money, there isn't a reason to keep Geno.

Why keep someone u can't trust? I'm sure they can find someone at the same price or cheaper then Geno.

Probably not. Geno is a young QB better than most backups and on his rookie deal. He also knows the system, which is a valid reason I guess. I wouldn't cut Geno to replace him with an older player who is either more expensive or not as good. And hey, you never know if Geno can succeed, anything's possible.

According to you and a lot on here they already know Geno won't succeed.

I don't know about other posters, but I've only said that Geno will most likely fail, not that he'll definitely fail.

Just like I never said he would succeed. But we won't know until you give him a chance with a good team around him.

Chances are you'll never know. TB knows already tho....chances are.

Why you say? Because he knows stuff.

I'm saying don't be disingenuous by stating that "you really don't care who the starting QB is".

    Stand by your man.

If he is the starter, we might as well enjoy the follies.

We're not going to find someone potently better then Geno for the money he's on the best we could hope to end up with is someone like Lindley or worse. Then we have to take the time to get into the system and evaluate them. With Geno you know what you have and whilst its not good you can account for his flaws if he comes in for spot relief and if he starts then you can always just run the ball 90% of the time.

If the choice is Geno or another underwhelming, veteran JAG, I'm going with Geno.

As long as the Jets are winning I wouldn't care who starting. I just don't see Fitz winning for the Jets. He chokes to much.

Funny because I don't think Colon should start.

But seriously....Geno is waste of a roster spot. He's had his chance, time to move on. Even if we don't re-sign Fitz, I cringe at the thought of Geno being our quarterback.

    Your user name says otherwise.

You were whining for GeNo last year.
